Carolina completed the General Osteopathy Course at IMT – Instituto de Medicina Tradicional in Lisbon in 2015 before graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London in 2016.

Since 2015, Carolina has also developed a special interest in working with musicians, providing osteopathic care for artists, bands, and production crews during concerts and tours. Combining her passion for music with her clinical practice has become one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Using a variety of manual techniques alongside a thorough understanding of anatomy and the biopsychosocial factors that influence health, Carolina works to identify the underlying cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. Her goal is to restore balance, improve movement, and support long-term wellbeing. Alongside hands-on treatment, she offers practical guidance to help patients build sustainable habits that support their health beyond the treatment room.
