We offer a range of practices—Mat Pilates, Reformer, Barre, and Private sessions—that are designed to support not just how your body moves, but how you feel and live each day.

Our teachers guide with intention, using progressive sequencing and adaptable options so you can explore at your own pace, feel fully supported, and continue to discover new possibilities in your practice.

Mat Pilates

Our Mat classes blend Pilates, Barre, strength training, dance, cardio, and more. Each session is intentionally designed to improve mobility, balance, stability, and overall strength.

With dynamic sequences and mindful movement, you’ll build a deeper connection to your body—leaving class feeling strong, energized, and empowered.

  • A fluid Pilates class designed with intelligent sequencing to open new pathways of movement beyond daily patterns. Seamless transitions and breath-led movement to build strength, enhance mobility, and support your nervous system.

  • A challenging Pilates class that strengthens muscles, frees your joints, and enhances functional movement. 

    Expect: A full body workout using heavier loads and levers, longer holds, and endurance challenges. 

  • A full body, mindful and focused Pilates class designed to connect you to the deep roots of your body. Slow down and explore movement through a curious and intentional lens, activating the smaller muscles that support deep joint mobility.

    Expect: Small, precise movements, stability and balance challenges, and a mind-body connection to get you grounded.

  • A high energy and powerful class that builds from the ground up. Pilates exercises to build internal heat blended with rhythmic cardio sequences to work your heart and regulate your nervous system.

    Expect: Dynamic exercises, cardio bursts, full-body strength and mobility, with a steady build of sweat, intensity, and rhythm through the whole body.

  • A harmonic blend of Pilates exercises and yoga Asana’s. We weave in the principles of breath and flow to help integrate the practices as well as your mind and body. 

    Expect: Energetic flow and functional Pilates exercises that help you find stability, joint support and flexibility in order to set you up for strength and success in yoga shapes.

  • A low-impact, upbeat Barre and Pilates class designed to mobilize, energize, and help you find balance in and out of class. Dynamic sequencing with choreography that builds you for success and a focus on creating functional and healthy movement patterns.

    Expect: Movement in every plane with a mix of mat and standing exercises that blends strength, stability, mobility, and endurance challenges.

Reformer Pilates

Experience full-body training on the Reformer with classes designed to challenge yet support you at every level. Each session combines creative, progressive sequencing with clear guidance and adaptable options, helping you develop strength, mobility, and confidence in your movement.

  • A reformer class that combines strength and mobility through progressive, creative sequencing designed to keep you moving with purpose.

    Expect: Smooth transitions and thoughtfully layered progressions that challenge stability while enhancing joint mobility, flexibility, and control. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and fully supported in your movement practice.

  • A focused reformer class designed to build strength and stamina through resistance, control, and powerful movement.

    Expect: Heavier spring settings, longer holds, and endurance challenges. You’ll target major muscle groups as well as stabilizers, developing strength, resilience, and confidence in your reformer practice.

  • A precise and mindful reformer class that takes you into the fine details of movement. Explore subtle stabilizers and connections that support posture, alignment, and long-term strength.

    Expect: Refined cues, slower pacing, and higher repetitions that bring awareness to the “muscles you didn’t know you had”. This is about technique and control, challenging you to connect deeper and move with intentionality.

  • An uplifting reformer class that layers in cardio and choreography to your reformer practice.
