I love to share stories and connect — and that comes through on the treatment table too, sometimes through words, sometimes without. Our bodies hold a lot of information, and after working with me, I hope you'll feel more aware of and connected to your body, along with a real sense of relaxation.

We live in such a stimulating world. If I can give someone an hour or two to disconnect from that, quiet the mind, and tap back into the body, then I'm happy. After receiving my first massage and feeling that sensation myself, I realized that giving this to others is exactly what I wanted to do with my life.
