Reformer Pilates Teacher Training
Our Reformer Training is designed to develop teachers who are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate, creative, and adaptable. We go beyond the exercises to explore the why of each movement and how to modify it to support a wide variety of students.
By the end of the program, you’ll feel confident teaching both group classes and private sessions, equipped to respond to the unique needs of each client. With hands-on practice, guided teaching opportunities, and integrated study, the course supports multiple learning styles and gives you time to fully embody the material.
Running over several months, the training allows space for reflection, integration, and growth as you step into your teaching role.
Please note: Completion of Muse Movement Mat Training or another approved certification is required before applying.

Scholarships
We recognize that many forms of marginalization and oppression affect people worldwide, including within the Pilates and boutique fitness industry. Our scholarship is designed to increase access and representation for racialized people, who have historically been underrepresented in these spaces.
We also acknowledge that salaries in Portugal are often not comparable to those of many foreigners and digital nomads living here, which can make the cost of Pilates training feel out of reach. In an effort to create equity and access - if we receive enough applications- we may be able to offer sliding scale pricing.
If you’d like to be considered for this, please let us know in your application and bring it up during your call with the teacher training co-ordinator.
