Pauline is the first Muse Movement Teacher Training graduate in Lisbon. After balancing her teaching hours with a job in finance, she took the leap and is now dedicating herself fully to her teacher and studio manager journey. In her teaching, takes into account that most people work in crunched positions; she strives to help open the body and gain that space back. Pauline is keen on sharing her knowledge during her classes, using mobility as a way to spark interest.
