CARLY (she/her) Teacher

Muse: the quiet clarity that comes when movement and breath align—the feeling of coming home to yourself through mindful practice.

Carly discovered Pilates while playing competitive sports in university, realizing it not only enhanced her athletic performance but also brought a sense of mindfulness and playfulness into her life. She fell in love with the practice for the way it fostered connection—both to herself and to others—and for how it helped her find balance between strength and ease, focus and flow.

Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Muse Movement Toronto, Carly was inspired to teach so she could share the same sense of calm and connection that Pilates brought her—both in and out of the studio.

Her teaching approach is rooted in mindfulness, intentional movement, and curiosity. Carly encourages her students to slow down, tune in, and explore movement with openness and playfulness. Through mindful breath and embodied awareness, she aims to help students feel grounded, centered, and connected to themselves.

What to expect in Carly’s classes: An experience that builds deeper body awareness and intentional strength while inviting you to move with presence, curiosity, and purpose—leaving you grounded, clear, and energized from the inside out.
