Reformer Pilates
Mat classes focus on building whole-body strength, core support, and mobility through intentional sequences. You’ll learn to move with control, curiosity, and awareness—developing a practice that supports you both in class and in everyday life.
Mat Practices
Reformer classes use springs and adjustable resistance to strengthen and challenge your body with support. Each session blends mindful guidance with purposeful tension, helping you build stability, mobility, and confidence in how you move.
Barre
