At Muse Lisboa, we’re creating a vibrant community united by a passion for mindful movement. We offer Reformer Pilates, Mat-based training, and Barre classes designed to strengthen, restore, and inspire. Blending Pilates foundations with functional movement, we create practices that support your body in everyday life.

Feel stronger, more connected, and more capable

Reformer Pilates

Mat classes focus on building whole-body strength, core support, and mobility through intentional sequences. You’ll learn to move with control, curiosity, and awareness—developing a practice that supports you both in class and in everyday life.

Mat Practices

Reformer classes use springs and adjustable resistance to strengthen and challenge your body with support. Each session blends mindful guidance with purposeful tension, helping you build stability, mobility, and confidence in how you move.

Barre

Energize your body with low-impact Barre workouts that blend Pilates, dynamic movement, and functional training. Expect rhythm, flow, and variety to keep your practice fun and challenging.
