Reformer Pilates Teacher Training

Our Reformer Training develops thoughtful, skilled, creative, and compassionate teachers.. We dive into the why behind each movement and how to adapt it for a wide range of students and needs.

You’ll be prepared to think on your feet and teach both group classes and private clients with safety and confidence. Through hands-on learning, supported practice teaching, and integrative study, we accommodate different learning styles and give you time to absorb the material fully. This course runs over several months, allowing space for growth, reflection, and mastery.

*Please note You must have a Muse Movement or Approved other Certification before applying to the Reformer program.

How to Apply for Teacher Training

We’re so excited that you’re considering training with us! To make sure the process is smooth, here are the steps to follow:

1. Read through all the details carefully.
Take your time with the program information. Make sure you understand what the training involves and that the dates work for your schedule. This is a big commitment, and we want you to feel fully prepared before you apply.

2. Submit your application.
Once you know the timing works, fill out the application form in full. This helps us get to know you — your background, goals, and what brings you to teacher training.

3. Book your applicant call.
After your application is submitted, book an applicant call.  You must submit an application before booking the call.  These calls are a chance for you to ask questions, share more about your journey, and for us to ensure the training is the right fit for you. Please treat the call professionally, come prepared, and if you need to reschedule, let us know with as much notice as possible. Calls are for serious applicants only.

    Practicum

    • In class: 80 hours

    • Observation: 15 hours

    • Practice Teaching: 45 hours

    Exam: $220

    Once you are accepted, a $1000 non-refundable deposit must be made to secure a spot. Full payments must be received one week prior to training. Once full payments are received there are no refunds unless the training is cancelled by MuseMovement.

    This is an intimate and extensive training with extremely knowledgeable, experienced and supportive faculty that provides a unique and contemporary perspective that will leave you armed with insight and ready to teach.

    Our scholarship seeks to facilitate access and representation for racialized people, who have been historically underrepresented within the Pilates industry.

    While we want to include access for as many marginalized folk as we can - at this time you must be BIPOC to apply for the scholarship. Please do not apply if you are not.

    There is no separate application . When you apply for training indicate if you are applying for a scholarship and which one.

    Scholarships are given on a first come first serve basis. If you do not make your desired training we will contact you for the next training if when there is an available scholarship .

    • Please note if you have already received a Mat Scholarship priority will be given to new applicants. Please ask us you will be granted it if there is no other applicants.
